Prerequisites:
The Kinesio® Foundations course is open to all Allied Health professionals, including but not limited to Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists (Level 5 and above), Podiatrists, Nurses, Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Personal Trainers, Midwife, Paramedic, Craniosacral Therapist.

Outline:
The Kinesio® Foundations course is a hybrid 20 hour course presenting the concepts and techniques of Kinesio taping, the development of the Kinesio Taping Method, fundamental concepts, assessments and screening tests, along with advanced techniques and clinical reasoning.

Learn how to use the correct tape, cut, tension and direction of application to influence epidermis, dermis, fascia, muscle, lymphatics, tendons and joints.
